This workshop is for anyone interested in learning techniques for self-healing and helping others. Reiki restores energy balance and vitality by relieving physical and emotional effects of unreleased stress. In this one-day workshop, you will learn about the history of Reiki, levels of Reiki training, what Reiki is and how it heals, how to use Reiki for personal healing and to assist others, the hand positions, scanning and how to conduct a complete Reiki session. You will receive the Level 1 attunement and hands-on practice giving and receiving treatments. A Level 1 Certificate will be mailed to you upon completion of the class. Reiki Level 1 workshop will be held at the Healing Collaborative in Pacific Grove. Workshop hours will be 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Class size is limited to 6 students to allow the Reiki Master Teacher to work with students on a more personal level. Register online now for only $150.
