Introduction to Ayurveda: Mondays, November 1, 8 & 15

Ayurveda means "The Science of Life” in Sanskrit and has been used by people of India for more than 5,000 years. Knowledge of Ayurveda empowers us to understand how energy patterns work together to create balance (or imbalance!) of Body, Mind and Spirit according to our own individual constitution.
